Kristen Henry is one of Canberra’s best known Radio personalities and is one half of Kristen and Nige for Breakfast on Mix106.3.

Kristen’s content website is called Channel K and it is where her lifestyle articles, videos, interviews and content is hosted.

Kristen won a 2018 Australian Commercial Radio Award (ACRA) for ‘Best Documentary’ for her work with cancer campaigner Connie Johnson. This was Kristen’s third ACRA and followed her award in 2016 for ‘Best Documentary’ for the “What is it Like” series and her first in 2010 for ‘Best Newcomer On Air’.

By trade, Kristen is a holds a journalism degree and is a regular columnist for, Mamamia and HerCanberra. You may see Kristen on TV presenting news stories for WIN NEWS as the Canberra Entertainment Reporter or in one of her Channel K Videos on social media.

Kristen is the game day ground announcer for Canberra’s Super Rugby team the Brumbies whenever the team play at Canberra Stadium and is one of the Canberra Raiders NRL’s game day hosts. Kristen is a sought after MC and you might even spot her at a local pub doing Stand-up Comedy!

She is also a Canberra Racing Ambassador for all Thoroughbred Park race days and a fashions on the field judge. As an ambassador she is also a Champion for the Canberra Domestic Violence Crisis Services (DVCS) providing support and assisting with raising awareness.

Before Canberra, Kristen had stints on KOFM Newcastle and SAFM Adelaide as both a personality and in the newsroom.

In Kristen’s spare time she enjoys fashion, baking and teaching dance.
