Kristen Henry is one of Canberra’s best known Radio personalities and is one half of Kristen and Wilko for Breakfast on Mix106.3.
Kristen’s content website is called Channel K and it is where Knowledge, Killer Interviews and Kristen’s content collide. At Channel K you’ll find a quirky take on news and life and if it’s a hot topic, or something your friends can’t stop talking about, odds are you’ll find it there.
Kristen won a 2016 Australian Commercial Radio Award (ACRA) for best documentary for her “What is it Like” series. This followed her first ACRA in 2010 for Best Newcomer On Air.

Kristen is also a regular columnist for Mamamia, News.com.au, HerCanberra, Canberra Weekly and The Canberra Times.
Kristen is a sought after MC, you’ll see her as the ground announcer for Canberra’s Super Rugby team the Brumbies whenever the team play at Canberra Stadium. You might even spot her at a local pub doing Stand-up Comedy!
Kristen is also a Canberra Racing Ambassador for all Thoroughbred Park race days and a fashions on the field judge. She is also a Champion for the Canberra Domestic Violence Crisis Services (DVCS) providing support and assisting with raising awareness.
Before Canberra, Kristen had stints on KOFM Newcastle and SAFM Adelaide as both a personality and in the newsroom. She holds a Journalism Degree.
In Kristen’s spare time she enjoys fashion, baking and teaching dance class.
